A favourite among our team, Aunty Hong's signature Shrimp Fries are addicting crispy strips of prawn crackers fried in high quality coconut oil. While shrimp snacks often contain 10-15% of shrimp meat, our shrimp fries are made up of 40% shrimp meat for a robust shellfish flavour.

As we celebrate our heritage and traditions this season, we also reflect on the importance of community and compassion. This Chinese New Year, we will be donating 1% of proceeds from our online orders to Dover Park Hospice, in support of their dedicated efforts in meeting the growing need for palliative care in Singapore.
