Delivery Policies:
Standard local deliveries will be made between 11am – 8pm daily. Unfortunately, it cannot be done at a specified time.
For orders below S$100, there will be a $12 island-wide (except Jurong Island & Sentosa) delivery charge.
For orders above S$100, delivery is free of charge (except Jurong Island & Sentosa).
We will do our best to send on the preferred date. If the delivery cannot be made, our team will contact you to arrange the next possible option.
Specific 3-hour time slot deliveries are available at checkout at an extra charge of S$25.
For special arrangements/timings or international orders, please WA +65 9638 1788 to arrange for delivery.
*Please note that our delivery crew will call if they can't reach anyone at the door and wait up to 5 minutes. If no one is home to receive the items on the day of delivery, our delivery crew will either leave the items at the doorstep or make the call of sending it back to us and we can arrange for another delivery at the rate of $12, to be borne by you.
Refund Policies:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Validity of Aunty Hong products:
Expiry of Keropok & Chips – 6 months if unopened, 3 months once opened.
Expiry of Nuts & Tidbits – 9 months if unopened, 3 months once opened.
Expiry of Cookies - 3 months if unopened, 1 month once opened.
Expiry of Tea - 12 months
Optimal Storage:
Cool and dry area
