You may have seen the classic Kuih Bangkit everywhere during the festivities, but there's nothing quite like Aunty Hong's Melty Kuih Bangkit! Handmade laboriously with hours of prepwork and cooking in the kitchen, it is then mixed with rich coconut milk to be moulded into perfect flower motifs before the final bake. Tasty with a subtle nutty flavour from the coconut, these little cookies also melt within seconds in the mouth - another reason they are so dangerously addictive!

As we celebrate our heritage and traditions this season, we also reflect on the importance of community and compassion. This Chinese New Year, we will be donating 1% of proceeds from our online orders to Dover Park Hospice, in support of their dedicated efforts in meeting the growing need for palliative care in Singapore.
