We use the freshest Indonesian white fish to make our Balinese White Fish Keropok, frying them in high quality coconut oil to yield a cracker that is both healthy and satisfyingly crispy and flavourful. Unlike other fish Keropok that contain only 10-15% fish meat, our crackers contain 27% fish meat so that you truly taste the robust flavour of the fish.

Comes packaged in a Red Aunty Hong Tin (17cm Diameter x 17cm Height).

As we celebrate our heritage and traditions this season, we also reflect on the importance of community and compassion. This Chinese New Year, we will be donating 1% of proceeds from our online orders to Dover Park Hospice, in support of their dedicated efforts in meeting the growing need for palliative care in Singapore.
